The Inaugural PK Grills Steak Cookoff

We are very proud to announce our Inaugural Steak Cook-off Event on April 2, 2016, in our hometown of Little Rock, Arkansas. The event is open to anyone with a PK Grill & Smoker. Space is limited, so sign up early right here.
Registration is $89 per entry. Prizes will be awarded for the top 10 steaks and the top 3 appetizers prepared on a PK Grill, as determined by SCA judges. For pointers on how to cook a competition steak see Dustin Sander's recent post on our blog: How to Cook a Competition-Winning Steak.

The PK Grills Steak Cook-off is being held in partnership with Springfest, a debut event, brought to you by Riverfest! Springfest is a free, family event that will take place in downtown Little Rock on April 2nd. Spend the day with the family in Riverfront Park enjoying Arkansas' finest food truck eats, local craft beer and arts and crafts for the kids. Entertainment will include the Super Retriever Series as they "Rock the Dock." The Amphitheater Stage will headline Trout Fishing in America and community performers will showcase their talent throughout the day.
