No question the pkgo is everything I wanted in a travel grill.

My current grill has been out of commission for a while now. I've been debating keeping it. Because of this, I didn't want a full replacement, rather something small that could be my tailgate/small-batch grill. I went on to Reddit to look at forums for the best grills that fit what I'm looking for and PK was mentioned as really good but also not cheap. That intrigued me enough to visit your website.Personally, I don't mind the extra cost, provided the value is there, and the value was there for me with any PK grill. And when I saw the Memorial Day bundle for the PKGO, the value was through the roof, so I jumped on it.There were two times I contacted customer service. The first was an issue of my own doing and the second was just a question. Both times, I was sorted within a couple hours of sending the first message. I'm very satisfied with my experience.

Shopping experience was very good a very straight forward process, and I got to enjoy the bundle buying directly from the web site.

Website a little difficult to navigate but found what I needed. I wish there was an exploded view for parts. I'm still in need of replacement wheels but didn't see them on your site.

I've had a PK grill for two decades, still love it, just had to replace the grill itself..... thanks for a great product.

assembly took about an hour, with perhaps 15 minutes of that time satisfying myself that I had correctly inferred from the instructions photos which of the shells was intended to be the top and which to be the bottom. The final determinants were the back vent (only on bottom shell) and the vent handles ( bottom set needs to be installed, top set does not).

My third one. I love them. When I was a kid my grandfather used one every weekend and we would drag one from state to state on hunting trips.
